Requirements:

• Sufficient ventilation is imperative to address potential fumes.
• Mastery of graphic software like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is advised.
• Verify your PC meets specifications: I5 or better CPU, 16GB RAM, 1 TB hard drives, network adapter, and a 24" or larger monitor.
• Uphold optimal conditions: Temperature between 55-75°F, humidity between 50-65%.
• Printer functions at AC110V, compatible with American plugs.
• Ensure exclusive use of approved PET Film, Inks, and Powder to maintain warranty and support validity.

Training:

While not mandatory, opting for training is strongly advised. Our seasoned technicians will expertly guide you through printer operation and assembly, facilitating mastery.

Warranty Terms:

Warranty starts as soon as the printer is delivered to the customer/picked up by the customer. The DTF printers are covered by warranty for a period of 3 months. Printheads, Dampers, Inks and Boards aren't included on the warranty. Parts that are faulty due to manufacturer will be replaced. Not Responsible for damages caused by someone else then the manufacturer. Damage caused by Voltage and Electricity isn't covered by warranty.
